As the organisation that represents the interests of the industry, IFPI is committed to celebrating diversity and fostering a culture of inclusion in the work that it does every day.
We and our member companies have established groups dedicated to reviewing our own policies, environments and ways of working whilst also looking at how we can contribute constructively to the wider debate on this issue.
