Jeff Satur, F.HERO, Kantong and Saran among artists honoured at star-studded Official Thailand Chart event in Bangkok

The event marked the launch of the Official Thailand Chart, part of the Official Southeast Asia Charts platform celebrating the talent and creativity of the region.

Bangkok, Thailand – 17 July, 2025 – The stars of Thai music gathered at MU:IN Club Bangkok last night as the industry celebrated winners of The Official Thailand Chart’s Top Local Artists and Top Local Songs in 2024.

Pop sensation Jeff Satur came out on top in the 2024 charts countdowns, taking the award for both Top Local Artist and for Top Local Song with Ghost.

A special award was also presented to F.HERO, Kantong and Saran, to recognise the outstanding achievement of Kularb, which has spent 16 weeks as the Official Thailand #1 so far in 2025.

The Official Thailand Chart is powered by IFPI and was relaunched this year as part of the Official Southeast Asia Charts, the definitive weekly rankings of the best selling songs across Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia and Singapore.

The Official Thailand Chart updates every Tuesday with the latest rankings, showcasing the most commercially successful tracks from local and international artists based on streaming across all major platforms. It’s not just a weekly compilation of data, but also a reflection of the changing dynamics and trends in the music industry.

Available at www.officialseacharts.com and on Instagram and Facebook, music fans in the region can enjoy exclusive artist content as well as keeping up to date with the latest hits and their favourite artists, as well as exploring the newest music coming from other parts of the region.

All of the charts are built on IFPI’s world class charts methodology and standards, which are used in Official Charts in some of the biggest music markets around the world.

Last night’s event, held in collaboration with IFPI Thailand, brought the biggest names in the Thai music scene together to recognise the top performers of 2024 and to celebrate the impact and dynamism of Thai music.

Jeff Satur took the awards for both the Top Local Artist and Top Local Song of 2024, a fitting recognition of an incredible year for one of Thailand’s most impactful artists.

The audience were wowed by performances from PUN, who featured in the top 10 of both the Local Artist and Single Charts, and Top 10 artists Musketeers as well as the incredibly talented Hunsick, 2Ectasy, Ben Bizzy and JayQ.

The evening was brought to a close by F.HERO, Kantong and Saran, who performed Kularb for a captivated audience after receiving a special award to recognise the chart success of the track so far in 2025.

About the Official Southeast Asia Charts

The Official Southeast Asia Charts are a collection of weekly streaming singles charts – the Official Indonesia Chart, Official Malaysia Chart, Official Philippines Chart, Official Singapore Chart, Official Thailand Chart and Official Vietnam Chart. The data collection week runs from Friday to Thursday, with the charts released at www.officialseacharts.com and on the Official Southeast Asia Instagram and Facebook accounts each Tuesday.

In addition to the official charts for each country, four speciality charts are also delivered each week. In Indonesia, the Official Indonesia Domestic Chart, in Malaysia the Domestic and Chinese Charts, and the Regional Chart in Singapore.

All charts include chart-eligible streams from Apple Music, Deezer, Spotify and YouTube, while the Official Indonesia and Indonesia Domestic Charts also include Langit Musik. In accordance with IFPI’s global chart principles, streams from each market are weighted to take into account the difference in economic value between the free and paid tiers of streaming services. This delivers charts which reflect the volume and the value of streams across the region, celebrating the biggest songs of the week.
