An Entity attributed with roles or characteristics of individual human being (and which may or may not be a human being). A Person is usually a real human being, but may also be an imaginary character or an animal (like Mickey Mouse or Lassie) playing the role of a Person (for example, when credited as an Artist). A Person does not have any implied legal status.

Party includes non-human and imaginary "beings" (for example "Mickey Mouse" or "Lassie") because these may be credited with Contributor or other roles.
