What are my online purchase options?

Can I pay offline?

If you need an invoice please send an email to ritco@ifpi.org outlining:

• The package you require
• Name and address that should appear on the invoice
• Delivery address for the report (unless order is for a country page - will not be required)
• Purchase order/reference number, if required
• Telephone number

We will send the pro-forma invoice together with details of how to pay by either bank transfer or cheque.

Please note that the report will not be released until payment has cleared.

I've bought the report - when will it be delivered?
IMPORTANT - DELIVERY CONDITIONS

• The report covers data up to 2010. Does not contain data for 2011.
• The PDF delivery is NOT automated. PDF details will be emailed to you within IFPI London's working hours; all orders are processed and actioned between 09.00 - 15.00 UK time, Monday to Friday (excluding UK public holidays)
• Orders placed outside those times will be responded to as quickly as possible on the next working day
• Within those hours we aim to deliver PDF copies within two hours of purchase
• If an order is placed before 15.00 UK time, Monday to Friday (except on a UK public holiday), any hard copies included in the purchase will be dispatched same day, otherwise hard copies will be dispatched on the next working day
• For purchases that include hard copies, the physical book(s) will be delivered by special delivery if within the UK. If outside UK, they will be delivered by courier. It may not be possible to deliver to PO Box addresses. Please include a telephone number as this may be required by the courier company.
• If you have purchased the full report, the academic package or the previous year's report and you wish to order additional hard copies, they will be included in the initial courier package (or special delivery if within UK) delivery. If you require some additional copies after making the initial purchase send an email to ritco@ifpi.org and IFPI can raise an invoice; payment will need to be made offline. Copies ordered after the initial purchase will be sent by normal post.

When is the next edition of the report available?

Recording Industry in Numbers 2012 (containing data for 2011) will be published in Spring 2012. Click here to be alerted when the next edition is released.

I have bought the academic package / country data - can I upgrade to full package?

If you have bought an academic package or country page it is possible to get the full report (includes PDF and 1 hard copy) by paying the difference in cost (for academic purchases this would mean paying an additional £375; for country page purchases it would mean paying the additional £600 to make up the full package price). To request an invoice for an upgrade please email ritco@ifpi.org.

I am a student / I work for a university - can I get a copy?

We have made the report available at a reduced rate for students/academic institutions (half the price of the full report - see above). If you are a student seeking a copy but it is not available via your university library we are happy to contact the relevant person and supply them the details for purchasing the report.

I am an IFPI member - how can I get a copy?

The report is free to all IFPI members. To claim your free copy please email ritco@ifpi.org. Please include your membership number and reconfirm the delivery address.
