IFPI statement on ACTA's referral to the ECJ

"ACTA is good for Europe as it will protect Europe's creativity, innovation and jobs. It is important for Europe to stand shoulder to shoulder with its international counterparts.

"While a swift ratification would have been preferable, we see the sense of a referral, if it helps to build confidence in the treaty."
