The position requires you to be a team player whilst also having your own specific responsibilities. You must be able to work closely and maintain a professional relationship with the IFPI's Members and National Groups. It also involves promoting IFPI's interests globally (e.g. training seminars and visits to National Groups). Working with the internet means that you are working in a constantly changing environment, and need to be able to deal with unpredictable circumstances confidently. The ideal candidate must have proven technical knowledge and a thorough understanding of Internet related technologies including protocols, standards, security and communications. The ability to work under pressure is essential and the job holder must demonstrate a high level of creativity, self-motivation and commitment.
